Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
Understand clients' business objectives and work to provide tailored solutions and services.
Monitor and analyze account performance, ensuring that the company meets or exceeds the client's expectations.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, including sales, service delivery, and customer feedback.
Ensure that all account data is up-to-date in TMS systems and track communication with clients effectively.
Handle escalated issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain a positive client relationship. ? Participate in strategic planning to meet client goals and business objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better support key accounts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
