Job Description
Overall Salary RM3200!!! Mandarin & English Customer Service Specialist!! LRT Reachable!Benefits: * Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 6 pm & Saturday, 9 am - 1 pm. Sunday fixed off day (the other off day depends on company arrangements) either 4.5days work or 5days work per week
- Company benefits include EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc
- You will be entitled to 12 days annual leave and 14 days sick leave (calculated on a pro-rata basis).
- The company provides paid training for 1 month.
- Salary up to RM3,200 (basic salary RM3,000 + KPI RM200).
- Fluent in Mandarin and English is required (Malay is an added advantage)
- Must be willing to work in the PJ area office, LRT station is reachable.
- Start date will be NOV 13
- Handle incoming calls, outgoing calls, emails, and online chats from customers, providing prompt and courteous responses.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, and address customer issues and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Stay updated on the company\'s products, services, and policies to offer informed assistance.
