Job Description


Job Responsibility High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree in a relevant field is preferred. 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in customer relationship management ( RM) software. Strong understanding of Revival Clinic\'s brand positioning and services. Ability to multitask and manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements Answer and manage customer inquiries received through phone, email, and social media channels. Monitor and manage customer satisfaction, taking proactive steps to improve the customer experience. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead conversion rates. Represent the brand\'s positioning and values during all customer interactions. Liaise with the medical team to provide accurate and helpful information to potential and current clients. Maintain a comprehensive database of inquiries, responses, and outcomes. Assist in other duties as assigned. Job Benifits EPF & Socso Medical leave Annual Leave
