Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Shah Alam. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer login, job arrangement aiming to providing excellent customer support while ensuring high customer satisfaction. The specialist will also be expected to collaborate with other cross-functional teams in the organization. Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize customer needs Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills Willingness to learn new things and work independently Good team player Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
