This to ensure that all order and delivery issues are promptly resolved in order to maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.This role provides a complete order process and customer service facility to all customers.   • Process Customer Orders according to target.
  • Number of end user customers on target.
  • Handling calls and enquiries daily according to the defined target service team, in order to successfully manage customer orders, execute operational plans and provide excellent customer service.

  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years\' customer service experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of ERP planning modules or other material planning, MRP, software preferred
  • Microsoft excel, words and power point knowledge is a must
  • Familiar with the international shipping and domestic freight distribution preferred
  • A team player other than a leader
  • Ability to handle difficult customers is a must
  • Languages: Local - Fluent, English - Intermediate
