We are looking for a talented Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. Based in our Kuala Lumpur office in Malaysia, you\'ll join the dedicated team of Customer Service APAC. We all chip in when and where it is needed, have a flat structure but high standards, enjoy a good laugh and a pragmatic and operational approach to supporting our agenda. We love to learn and genuinely find our purpose and passion in Oterra. What will your day-to-day look like Dealing with general customer queries through phone & email. Processing customer orders in SAP. Issuing delivery order (DO) to 3PL. Follow up with order queries and freight status/tracking with 3PL (Mainfreight). Collation and processing of documentation for customer needs. Provide a high level of personalized customer service to internal/external stakeholders.
