Ensure overall outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in compliance with QAQC standards
Manage and monitor stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and handle feedback effectively
Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate manpower coverage
Liaise and coordinate closely with the Outlet Manager on operational matters
Monitor outlet performance, including sales, service quality, and operational efficiency
Generate and submit relevant operational and performance reports
Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOP), and regulatory requirements
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager or Management
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the F&B industry
Fully vaccinated with at least 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
Possess at least a Secondary School / SPM qualification in any field
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, energetic, and eager to learn
Preferably possesses own transport and is willing to commute as needed
