At least 1 year experience in managing a team as a supervisor, or team leader.

Responsibilities

Ensure customer service team answer politely and correctly to customer\'s inquiry via various channel including email, phone, live chat, ws, and FB messenger.

Liaise with marketplace, collaborate partners, and corporate clients on order fulfillment and delivery matters.
