Job Description

Salary:

Up to RM3,200 (Inclusive of RM500 Shift Allowance)

Additional Allowances:



Transportation Allowance: RM250 (Monthly Claim) Meal Allowance: RM230 (Monthly Claim) Medical Claim: RM50

Core Objectives



Provide timely and effective support to food merchants. Resolve merchants' inquiries and complaints efficiently. Ensure a seamless user experience and maintain high merchant satisfaction.

Essential Experience / Criteria



Experience in customer service or support roles. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints effectively.

Desirable Experience / Criteria



Familiarity with the food and beverage industry. Experience working with CRM systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements



Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service. Proficient in

Bahasa Malaysia

and

English

(written and spoken). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using

CRM software

and

Microsoft Office Suite

. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
