Essential Experience / Criteria
Experience in customer service or support roles.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints effectively.
Desirable Experience / Criteria
Familiarity with the food and beverage industry.
Experience working with CRM systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
Proficient in
Bahasa Malaysia
and
English
(written and spoken).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using
CRM software
and
Microsoft Office Suite
.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Salary stated is inclusive of a
RM500 shift allowance
