Position: Customer Service / Support Representative l Telemarketing Representative l Telesales
Location: Johor
Salary: RM 2,000 - RM 3,000
Work Hours: 5.5 days per week
Key Duties:
? Answer customer questions through phone, email, and chat.
? Call customers to renew their service plans.
? Schedule appointment times for technicians.
? Promote our services to new customers.
? Keep customer records accurate.
Requirements:
? Good at communicating.
? Basic skills in MS Word and Excel.
? Positive attitude and a team player.
? No experience needed; training provided.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
