Position: Customer Service & Support Representative l Telemarketing
Location: Ulu Tiram
Salary: RM 2000 - RM 2500
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Job Duties:
? Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online chat.
? Contact customers to renew their service plans.
? Arrange service visits by scheduling customers with our technicians.
? Introduce our services to new customers.
? Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Job Requirements:
? Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
? Good attitude and a team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Experience:
Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
