Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service cum Online Job is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers via online channels such as email, chat, and social media. The job holder will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general customer support. The job holder will also be responsible for managing online orders, processing payments, and providing product information. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM1,800.00 per month Schedule:
- Day shift
- Performance bonus
- Sentul: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mandarin (Preferred)
- Bahasa (Preferred)
