Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional attitude.
Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and reminders.
Handle phone, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries promptly.
Provide accurate information about treatments, products, and promotions.
Support billing, payment collection, and package renewals.
Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure after-treatment satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM/Diploma in Customer Service, Hospitality, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or front desk; experience in beauty, clinic, or retail industry is an advantage.
Pleasant personality, good communication skills, and well-groomed appearance.
Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literate and comfortable using booking or POS systems.
Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent client experiences.
Working Hours & Days:
Tuesday - Saturday ( 10.00AM - 7.00pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
