- Any field of study that is related to the position.
- Relevant working experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- Experience in the public presentation will be added advantage.
- Possess excellent attitude, and willingness to learn and develop.
- Fluent in English.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on the most appropriate solutions to meet customer needs
- Source and filter credible leads to match clients\' requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Identify and qualify new opportunities and pursue them to closure
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful service deliverance
- Continuously develop and improve the company\'s service pitch and better service deliverance
- Work in a great Start-up company with plenty of growth in the future.
