Position Title: Customer Solutions Specialist, KSEAT Position Type: Regular - Full-Time Position Location: Malaysia Requisition ID: 21782
RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Customer Order Fulfilment

  • Process orders and coordinating logistics, which includes tendering orders to the designated Freight forwarder
  • Preparation Order tracking - utilize carrier/freight forwarder websites, and/or SAP and Power BI for order tracing and tracking purposes to provide customers current information about the status of their order
  • Coordinate with the respective country manager on exception issues that require communicating with local customs agencies to arrange for inspections, clearances, and delivery of shipments to the final destination
  • Respond to customer enquiries timely. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve the overall experience with McCain
  • Coordinating with the source region export team on preparing shipping documents such as bills of lading, insurance certificates, health documents and ensuring all documents are prepared and align to the authority requirement
  • Preparing invoices and packing lists.
  • Overall responsibility for the timeliness, accuracy and appropriate escalation of orders including export & import documentation
  • Coordinate with the source region Supply Chain on activities that involved inventory availability, logistics planning and warehouse/loading instructions to ensure supply on time in full.
  • As required provide reporting and ready to backfill if needed

  • Service Level Improvements & Customer Satisfaction
  • Measure and monitor service levels. Work closely with commercial team and other departments within McCain to avoid and resolve service-related issues and provide the best service possible for our customers (communicating customer requirements; mitigating shortages/service failures; expediting orders; analysis or account activities as required)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve the overall experience with McCain
  • Constant communication with Country Managers to inform of, and ensure compliance to McCain policies and procedures in the areas of order processing and management
  • Facilitate/liaison with customer and other McCain departments to address order claims related to over/short/damage, goodwill, and credit hold/new customer account situations

REQUIREMENTS:-

  • Must have:
    • Bachelors degree in relevant field
    • 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a service-oriented role specifically within supply chain capability
    • Demonstrated experience in Order Fulfilment Metrics reporting & driving related improvements
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
    • Experience with SAP Order To Cash systems would be an added advantage
    • Good proficiency in English speaking and writing.
    • Independent and self-motivated

  • Nice to have:
    • Mandarin or Korean language skills would be considered as an asset.
    • Prior experience in similar capacity working for Global Food Manufacturers.
