Pre-requisites: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies, Business Management, Customer Service, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Major in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) are much preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal collaboration and coordination skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently with positive thinking, result-oriented, strong organizational skills, and comfortable managing multiple competing priorities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Passionate and enthusiastic in improvisation, problem-solving and customer satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to support customers remotely and on-site. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel and work over-time, over weekend and on night-shift if and when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Practical knowledge in computing hardware is preferable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Simple design and creativity skills are preferable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in Windows, Android and IT is added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communication skills in BOTH English and Mandarin in both verbal and written is an added advantage, in order to support China customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
