We are hiring a Mandarin speaking

Customer Success Specialist (CSS)

on behalf of our client, a leading global e-commerce brand.

In this role, you will support customers via inbound calls and emails, ensuring a smooth online shopping experience. You'll be part of a high-performing, multicultural support team that represents the client's values of professionalism, quality, and customer-first service.

What You'll Do

Provide excellent support to customers via phone and email Assist with online orders, inquiries, and issue resolution Handle payments and sensitive data securely Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude at all times Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience Stay updated on products and meet performance KPIs

Requirements

Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent and above Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Able to work on a 24/7 rotational shift, including weekends and public holidays At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (especially those with degrees in Mass Communication, English, or related fields)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
