- To liaise with service providers, Customs and customers and relevant departments for all shipment related matters
- Process incoming & outgoing shipment.
- To handle and resolve all customer complaints / inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and professional manner
- To coordinate internally and externally on the arrangement and documentation preparation
- Any other ad hoc and administrative duties, as assigned by superior
- Process monthly billing (if any)
- Working location : Penang
- Arrange cargoes delivery with truckers.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will be given training.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
