Requirements

  • Minimum qualification Diploma/Degree or equivalent with at least 1-2 years of direct experience
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English and Malay, both orally and in writing.
  • Advance with computer knowledge such as Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about our products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.Manage large amount of incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions
  • Sell products and services
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Prepare sales order
  • Issue ecaps (jobsheet)
  • Follow up with job status until order is successfully complete
  • Prepare Proforma Invoice and quotation to customer
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Handle cold calls
  • To Complete all the ad hoc tasks which are assigned by the Superior.
