Role: Customer Support Associate- Hindi Speaker
Location: KL
Work Mode: Hybrid
RM 5,000 (Base) + RM 200 Travel Allowance + RM 30 per early morning/ noon shift
*Minimum diploma in any field or equivalent working experience. - Possess at least 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
Description:
-Customer service experience
-CS experience within Forex trading industry OR as FX Trader
-Currently working in Malaysia
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malay / Mandarin / Hindi / Thai
and English is essential.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn about financial markets, the CFD industry, and Taurex
platforms.
- Open-minded, collaborative, and committed to long-term career growth and
professional development.
Only applicable for the Malaysia office
