Key Responsibilities

Handle order recharges accurately and efficiently. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and email with professionalism and empathy. Maintain high service standards by providing clear, helpful, and meaningful communication to customers. Monitor and follow up on uncompleted orders, notifying sellers to ensure timely completion. Verify product listings on Kaleoz to identify and report any suspicious activities. Proactively suggest improvements to enhance the Kaleoz platform and streamline work processes. Escalate urgent or high-priority issues to the Senior Officer for further action. Support the team with ad-hoc or related tasks as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience in customer service is preferred. SPM or equivalent qualification/work experience. Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations. Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality service. A strong team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills. Willing to work flexible support hours.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
