\xc2\xb7 Manages the timely, accurate and compliant processing of service transaction in SAP \xc2\xb7 Assures timely and useful updates on service transactions to the internal customer \xc2\xb7 Daily communication with internal customers to resolve aging transaction and propose proper suggestion \xc2\xb7 Work collaboratively to address stakeholders\' needs and solve their concerns \xc2\xb7 Provide KPI reports to measure service level and customer satisfactory index \xc2\xb7 Execute Month End activities \xc2\xb7 Monitor overall teams house-keeping to close pending service transactions \xc2\xb7 Partner with process owners to identify continuous improvement opportunities \xc2\xb7 Using the language talent, support to SAP Roll-in project for Japan office (eg; User Training, Data cleansing, Testing) Competencies: \xc2\xb7 Able to type in Chinese \xc2\xb7 Diploma/ Degree in Account/Business/Marketing \xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal skill; approaching, active listening, problem solving - Willing to work at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam. - age below 28 5 days / week 13.5 months salary Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Schedule:
