  • Job Title : Customer Support Cum Counter Sales
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent
  • Have Basic knowledge on handling online operation such as Shopee , Lazada , Tiktok.
  • Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Well Communication Skill
  • Have experience on automotive knowledge will priority.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and responsibility
  • Able to multi task and prioritise daily workloads with good attitude.
  • Familiar with SQL accounting software / Meoteosoft accounting software will be prioritise.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Tanggungjawab
  • Answering all the calls, chat transaction from customers on inquires, complaints , problem solving for offline and online.
  • Process daily sales transaction accurately from online customer and offline customer .
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the company as and when required
