Job Description

Stuttgarage Continental Car Specialist

is looking for Customer Support Executive. You will be providing support for customers, helping them through their service journey and making sure they get the best experience possible!

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Service & Communication



Handle all enquiries via WhatsApp, calls and social media Understand customer needs and explain services clearly Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings Provide updates and handle basic questions or complaints Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

Service Workflow Support



Assist walk-in customers whenever required Record basic vehicle details and pass to Service Advisor Brief customers on next steps in the workflow

Sales & Revenue Contribution



Promote service packages, promotions, and preventive maintenance Support the team in achieving conversion and sales targets

Documentation & Compliance



Log all enquiries and follow-ups in the CRM/system Keep customer records updated and accurate

Customer Follow-up & Satisfaction



Contact customers after service completion Gather feedback and escalate issues when needed Build good customer relationships for repeat visits

Job Requirements:



Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/frontliner role Strong communication skills (WhatsApp, calls, face-to-face) Basic computer literacy (Excel, WhatsApp, Trello) Comfortable using

AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)

to improve communication and productivity Familiar with CRM systems Able to work in a fast-paced environment Automotive experience is an added advantage but not required

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
