Customer Support Basic: RM 1900 \xe2\x80\x93 RM2100 (Depends on Communicate level) Working Hours: 9 hrs rotate shift (include 1hrs break ,6 days\' work/week) night shift allowance RM300 Kpi Incentive up to RM400 Location\xef\xbc\x9aMedini, Nusajaya, Johor Company Background: Call Centre (MNC Company)
- Handle inbound calls and emails relating enquiries and complain.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and provide useful and accurate information to customers
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS (Contribute according to gross salary)
