voice, live chat, and email
, ensuring every interaction is resolved efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through voice, chat, and email with professionalism and urgency.
Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Present product information clearly and confidently.
Balance customer satisfaction with business goals through effective communication.
Meet individual KPIs and contribute to team success.
Promote self-service tools and guide customers toward efficient solutions.
Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers to improve processes.
Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification:
SPM (C1 level)
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work on
rotational shifts (8 AM - 10 PM)

Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary:
RM2,400
KPI Incentive:
RM300
Shift Allowance:
RM10/day (shift ends 8:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
RM30/day (shift ends 12 AM and above)
Working Hours:
9 hours per shift
5 working days + 2 rest days per week
