Based in our Kuala Lumpur office, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, manufacturing, and sales to deliver impactful results.

Who You Are

You're a proactive problem-solver with a strong customer orientation and a knack for translating complex requirements into feasible, profitable solutions. You may be a fresh graduate or have 1-2 years of experience in engineering, product customization, or technical sales support, and you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in product engineering, technical sales support, or customized solutions (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Basic knowledge of SAP transactions.

Desired Skills and Experience

Competency in design software: CREO (ProE), AutoCAD, SketchUp. Familiarity with Hedberg software. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. Experience working cross-functionally with manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams.

What You Will Be Doing

Evaluate feasibility, pricing, and specifications for non-standard product requests to ensure profitability and competitiveness. Facilitate discussions with internal teams and customers to uncover business needs and propose tailored product solutions. Collaborate with manufacturing to assess capabilities and design requirements for special product requests. Prepare formal quotations and supporting documents to enable the sales team to influence customer decisions. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and recommend quality enhancements.
