Job Description

Job responsibilities Assist clients in organizing product data required for the project (such as quotation, design guidance, construction drawings, etc.); support for product implementation of the local clients in Southeast Asia. Train clients to use Coohom tool based on their own products, ensure clients can independently build their product library. Conduct client research, give feedback and follow up the completion of the project, to ensure a successful landing of client\'s demand. Analyze client\'s application scenarios, recommend the core features of Coohom, assist clients to customize their functional configuration, improve client loyalty and satisfaction. Develop the implementation plan in projects, and monitor project execution, ensuring project progress to successfully complete the project delivery; Optimize client\'s information process, the output of information technology solutions to enhance the value of customer success. Assist in regional industry solutions landing; communicate with R&D team to dock new CAD and nesting software with Coohom tool. Qualifications Proficient in English; Chinese language ability is a plus. Knowledge of general design tools, such as 3D Studio Max, CAD and etc.; familiar with Coohom is preferred. Experience in the design or production stage of furniture. Good expression ability and strong learning ability: able to continuously learn new skills, adapt to upgrade of design tools and expansion of industry. Project management skills and industry solution ability: boost the project progress, familiar with information technology of different industries. Experience in customized software implementation is preferred.
