Manage international shipments by coordinating with freight forwarders, hauliers, and relevant parties to ensure cargo readiness and shipment scheduling. Liaise with internal teams, external freight forwarders, logistics providers, customs brokers, and other departments to coordinate import and export operations. Prepare and handle import/export documentation and customs declarations (K1, K2, K3, K4, K8, K9). Manage full sets of shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and related paperwork. Provide excellent customer service by managing bookings, inquiries, and shipment-related requests. Track and monitor job progress, ensuring timely completion and accuracy through daily and monthly reporting. Maintain organized records and a proper documentation filing system.

Job Requirements

Minimum

2-4 years of working experience

in a

Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics company

(experience is a must). Strong knowledge of

import/export operations

and

customs documentation

. Excellent communication and coordination skills with 3PLs, transporters, vendors, shippers, and forwarding agents. Proficient in

Microsoft Office applications

. Responsible, trustworthy, and able to meet tight deadlines. Possess own transport and willing to work in KLIA

Sepang

. Able to start

immediately

or within a short notice period is preferred.J
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
