Availability: Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer network/security implementation and requirement technically.

• Technical issue analysis, troubleshooting and consultation for customer.

• Effective communication with customers and colleagues.

• Customer case management and escalation.

• Manage customer expectation correctly.

• Design, implement, and support complex cybersecurity infrastructure, with a strong focus on Rapid7, Tenable, Acunetix, Fortinet, and RSA devices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Provide technical leadership in planning, designing, and implementing cybersecurity solutions, such as Rapid7, Tenable, Acunetix and Fortinet technologies.

• Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.

• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customer.

• Keep improving technical knowledge and updating latest network/security technology and protocols.

• Knowledge, idea and experience sharing within the team.

• Contribute to the team\'s success and be part of good team player.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer on-site support and maintenance.

• Good exposure in Unix/Linux environment would be a PLUS.

• Experience with vulnerability and configuration scanning tools. Candidates with Rapid7, Tenable Nessus, Acunetix, Metasploit and/or Greenbone experience are preferred.

• Experience in security products and technology (e.g. Firewall, IPS, SSO, SIEM).

• Experience in system integration and multi-vendor environment.

• Having any of industry certificates will be an advantage (NSE4, NSE7, FCNSP, Rapid7 Certified, CCNP, CCSP, CCNA, etc).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong written and verbal skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience with network/server monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

• Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions is a plus.

• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
