Work closely with other Regional OT (Operational Technology) Security Engineers to ensure consistency across the organization.
Handle OT deployments, Cyber Hygiene / vulnerability management, awareness campaigns, risk management, and incident communication.
To address the needs of the markets (cyber risk assessments, trainings, incidents): Risk assessments and advisory, Management of cyber risk for OT projects within region.
Ensure key Information Security initiatives are implemented.
Maintain security expertise in Manufacturing Operational Technology.
This role may act as program/project managers, architects, or managers of project or support teams based on current assignment.
Task & Experience Required:
To translate technical language into readily understandable language for business users.
Plans and delivers enterprise level and targeted communications that meet project and stakeholder needs.
Serves as program manager for large, strategic initiatives ensuring delivery of business case objectives.
Provides oversight or leads enterprise-level projects and programs, including multiple service providers and employees with a diverse set of deliverables.
Demonstrates IT Project Management discipline, delivering business benefits on time, within scope and within budget.
Defines project scope and objectives, explores alternative solutions, ensures technical feasibility, and manages risk conforming to RAI enterprise risk management (ERM) guidelines.
Knowledge of security aspects related to networking, application development, OT environment, incident response, and 3rd party vendor management.
Understanding cloud and SaaS configuration management and risk reduction (focus on Azure and AWS) and how to protect and detect potential threats in those environments.
Maintains awareness of complex emerging technologies and communicates value/impact for the enterprise.
Job Requirements:
Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology.
Min 5 years experience in Cyber Security area, In-depth understanding of IT and OT environments.
Experience with and understanding of information security management, technologies, architecture, and audits.
Experience assessing cyber risks of projects, vendors, and technologies.
Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written.
Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding work environment.
