As a Data and Software Engineering Lead for the APAC region, you will guide a diverse technical team to pioneer advancements in the realms of data science and software engineering. You\'ll play a pivotal role in fueling the success of transformative initiatives through a product-centric, data-driven approach, employing Air Liquide\'s Agile methodology and Scrum framework.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software engineers, promoting individual growth and fostering high-performance team dynamics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to co-create value during the development of PoC prototypes and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), ensuring business values are continuously discovered.
• Lead technical decision-making, providing expertise on system architecture, code quality, and optimization techniques.
• Create reusable technology architectural solutions aligned with the business-led technology roadmap.
• Direct the team in developing high-quality, scalable software solutions and data models.
• Showcase technical expertise in software engineering and data science domains, including but not limited to AI/ML models, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, CI/CD, AWS and Azure Clouds.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in software engineering and data science.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes, increasing efficiency and minimizing errors.
• Drive innovation by encouraging the team to experiment with new technologies and methodologies.
• Formulate and execute long-term strategies and key Digital & IT initiatives for APAC, contributing to Air Liquide\'s digital transformation, operational excellence, customer intimacy, and growth.

Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on data science and software engineering
• Agile development experience - Scrum master, agile coach in an international organization with a matrix structure is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate to different target audiences in an international work context.
• Experience using computer programming languages (Javascript, C#, Python, etc.).
