Perform daily monitoring to customer equipment, uplinks and sites using monitoring tools. In the event of an incident, attend to ad-hoc support and emergency cases in Data Center to ensure minimum downtime.

Monitoring servers, network infrastructure apps, databases & data centers.
Routine activities such as backing up & restoration of systems.
Conduct regular maintenance and support based on schedule.
Keep support requester updated on the progress of resolving their support ticket

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Mathematics, Science & Technology or equivalent.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Networking, including topology and protocol understanding.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced implementation environment
Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, holidays and on shift-based schedules.
Proactive to anticipate the needs of production
Team player
Highly organized with an ability to do multi task
Thrive in a high pressure, deadline-oriented environment
Willing to learn new technologies and operating environments
ITIL experience is an added advantage KEY
