Location: Menara Sothpoint, Mid Valley

The Knight Frank Data Centre Advisory Group advise on all types of data centre transactions in any global market. Whether acquiring or selling existing data centre space or new data centre sites, the Knight Frank team will act on behalf of tenants, customers, operators, landowners and investors seeking market entry and market expansion opportunities.

The role will encompass:

• Working with and for institutional industrial developers throughout through powered shell lease disposals

• Undertaking land searches across the country to identify viable data centre development opportunities and subsequently secure both sell side and under certain circumstances, buy side mandates

• Project work will require working closely in conjunction with the Knight Frank APAC Data Centre team

• Candidates should be aware that the role requires travelling within the country and to Singapore where the APAC team is located.

The candidate should be able to showcase the following experience / capability:

• Experience in Data Centre preferred

• Real estate degree preferred

• Previous experience in development would be an advantage but not essential. The candidate would have experience in either selling land or in structuring a joint venture transaction

• The candidate would ideally be able to illustrate experience in reviewing local and national policy to determine the viability of a potential site

• The candidate will be able to run residual / discounted cash flow analysis to establish value
