GrowthDesk is seeking a Data Engineer who has excellent analytical skills, highly motivated and resourceful to join our team in Manila. You'll have the opportunity to drive campaign performance and measure the impact of the campaign across multiple channels and touch-points for our FMCG clients in the SEA region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational understanding of data analysis, particularly with Power BI and Power Query.
This role is for residents in Malaysia and open to Malaysians only
Key Responsibilities:

• ?Work with our business and software engineering team on data pipeline, data visualization and analysis
• ?Build hands on experience with Snowflake, PowerBI and GenAI centric data pipelines
• Responsible for developing, optimising, and maintaining Power BI trackers to enable data-driven campaign analysis
• Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to external stakeholders, incorporating trends, patterns, and anomalies, and recommending campaign improvements
• Ensure data integrity in the Power BI trackers, Pulse product, and Business Reviews
• Design and develop new interactive dashboards and/or enhance existing visualisations to optimise user experience and support data-driven decision making
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise user funnels and experience
• Brainstorm new and creative strategies, including usage of AI while adhering to best practices to improve data reporting and visualisation

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a data-related role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Power Query.
• Familiarity with SQL
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Infotech, Business Analytics and Data Analytics preferred
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel
• ?Proficient with using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude etc
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide actionable insights.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
