Key Responsibilities
Prepare and input invoices accurately for sales and finance teams.
Record and check daily cash and stock in-and-out transactions.
Ensure all transactions are properly tallied and reconciled on a daily basis.
Assist with monthly closing and basic financial reporting.
Maintain organized and accurate records for easy reference and audit purposes.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in data entry, finance support, accounting, or a related role.
Relevant diploma or degree
in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers and records.
Basic proficiency in Excel and accounting or invoicing systems.
Able to work
5 days per week, in-office
