Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets or systems from various sources (e.g., paper documents, digital files and scanned images.
Update and maintain existing data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Generate reports and summaries as requested.
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and data entry.
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Data Entry or its equivalent.
At least 1 year of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply.
Must be detail-oriented to ensure job accuracy.
