Enter and update data accurately into databases and systems.
Verify and correct data discrepancies and errors.
Maintain and organize digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
Generate reports and compile data as requested by management.
Ensure data confidentiality and comply with company data security policies.
Review and cross-check data for completeness and accuracy.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency across systems.
Manage and maintain office equipment related to data entry tasks.
Assist in identifying process improvements for data entry procedures.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education : Diploma or equivalent.
Skill :
Proficiency in MS Office and data management software (e.g., MS Excel, Databases).
Fast typing speed with accuracy (e.g., 50 WPM or higher)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently or within a team setting.
Familiarity with administrative processes and office procedures.
Experience : Proven experience in data entry or related fields.
Able to work immediately.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
