Job Description

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data into computer systems, spreadsheets, and databases accurately
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry
Maintain and organize digital and physical records
Retrieve data and generate reports when required
Review documents and correct data errors
Ensure data confidentiality and comply with company policies
Assist with administrative tasks related to data management
Coordinate with other departments to clarify data requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Prior experience in data entry or administrative work is an advantage
Standard working hours with 2 to 3 hours overtime
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
