Key Responsibilities
Accurately perform
data entry
into
Excel
and
PARTNERZ
(internal system).
Update and maintain promoter attendance records and other relevant data.
Input contest and campaign data, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Contact participants for verification, follow-up, or clarification when necessary.
Assist the marketing team in coordinating and tracking marketing activities.
Prepare basic reports or summaries for management as required.
Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness in all data-related tasks.
Support general administrative duties related to data and marketing operations.
Requirements
Minimum
SPM or Diploma
in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
and comfortable using internal systems or online platforms.
Good communication skills in
English
and
Bahasa Malaysia
.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record management.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
