JOB VACANCY - DATABASE ADMIN



Work location: Sungai Buloh, Selangor Starting date: Immediately Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Key duties/ responsibilities

Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies to optimize speed and efficiency. Troubleshoot database issues, including performance bottlenecks, replication problems, and data errors. Develop, implement, and maintain database standards, guidelines, and documentation. Plan and execute database migrations, upgrades, and disaster recovery drills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professional demeanor Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Keep record of problems and customers solution Follow-up with customers Reporting base on projects
Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technlogy or equivalent At least THREE (3) year working experience in related field. Possess a knowledge and experience in technical and operational equipment, software, network equipment and applications in Hospital Information System (HIS) will be an added advantage Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong presentation and customer-facing skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professional demeanor Able to work independently with minimize supervision Able to multi-task and deliver within timeline Possess own transport (motorcycle/ car) as well as must be willing to travel
