• Drive the budgeting process with DBS functions, scrutinises submissions and challenges variances against actual results
• Consolidate DBS Functions budget forecast, working with the DBS leads to ensure consistent reporting, analysis and commentaries across the functions
• Provide analysis of monthly actuals finance report for DBS Functions (all budget areas)
• Provide end-to-end Finance Business Partnering services for DBS Functions, producing the forecasts each S&OP cycle, ensuring costs are correctly loaded into BPC and Planisware, analysing monthly actuals and holding regular meetings with DBS stakeholders to review financials and deal with issues.
• Manage DBS Functions headcount & its cost with HRBP
• Support business initiatives by providing strong commercial and business case analysis.
• Actively supports design and implemention of finance process enhancements
• Ensure transactions are properly accounted for as per IFRS & Group requirements (GMAPP)
• Ensure all internal and external governance are fully adhered.
• Build and drive strong Financial and Commercial awareness within the DBS Functions community
• Ensure the recharge mechanism for DBS functions is effective and manages costs and income in accordance to forecast.

• Is able to deal with both senior DBS and Finance managers by displaying strong engagement and influencing skills
• Is change oriented, pro-active and motivated to lead initiatives to improve Finance team efficiency and effectiveness
