ROLE PROFILE

JOB TITLE: IDT Finance Associate

REPORTS TO: IDT Finance Associate Manager

FUNCTION: Finance

LOCATION: Selangor, Malaysia

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assist Finance Business Partners in managing Financial Information to ensure accuracy of data and effective insights for business decisions.
• Support budgeting (SOP) process from collection of cost forecast, budget movement analysis, SOP review and budget reporting into financial system (BPC)
• Ensure Cost Centres are up to date by proactively managing journals, recharges of intercompany costs, employment cost reclassifications, GL change
• Provide Budget Holder reporting dashboards for actuals tracking and forecasting at cost centre level
• Ensure compliance to SoX, especially for accruals
• Manage Intercompany transactional costs (recharges)
• Provide COUPA PO\xe2\x80\x99s and Supplier Queries for project spend, contractors
• The role will deal with a high number of contact points in DBS and in Finance.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Possess a degree in a related field of Accounting or Finance.

• Strong technical experience in using SAP.

• Strong accounting and finance background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work well in a diverse, team-focused environment.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

GOOD TO HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• Willing to work odd hours if required.
• Experienced in Power BI.
