Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the effective and efficient management of data center facilities This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing service vendors, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day facility operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks related to building systems, equipment, and overall facility upkeep.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain records of facility-related documents (e.g., maintenance logs, service contracts, inspection reports).
Handle purchase requests, quotations, invoicing, and budgeting related to facility services.
Report and follow up on building faults, repair requests, and utility issues.
Maintain asset inventory for facility-related equipment and tools.
Secondary Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for data center operations.
Supporting any other activities
Qualification Summary
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in facility coordination or administrative role.
Familiarity with building systems (electrical, plumbing, is an advantage.)
Good organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Education:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Good working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas - distribution, inventory planning, materials management.
Good Interpersonal skills
Good Communication skills
Good Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Good customer relationship management skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
