Your Job: Reporting directly to the APAC Revenue Growth Management Senior Manager, the Deal Desk & Pricing manager will be a thought leader in making price exception decision making, educating good vs bad deals, and able to drive data driven price offering formulation. Additionally, this role will be responsible for leading gap analysis relating to all aspects of the Gross to Net price waterfall - ensuring strong evaluations and instil the finding into actionable insights. Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Review and approve price exceptions taking into accounts the overall pricing strategy, business objective, and market circumstances. Establish business partnering with sales teams across APAC on driving consistent pricing strategy execution. Price exception process owner, end-to-end from setup to managing the escalation process to senior leadership. Capture, summarise, and provide recommendations. Review and manage all Gross to Net investment decisions, ensure pre and post evaluations are completed to ensure strong ROI. Own and manage Deal Desk KPIs and dashboards. E.g., price performance vs target and floor, contract and product profitability performance, and volume performance vs commitment. Lead regular cadence with cluster/country commercial teams to drive actions from KPIs and dashboard findings. Lead/execute RGM projects around deployment of new tools, process, focusing on system enhancements, standardization & automation. RGM tool superuser for the region Involved in Price Planning exercise and able to translate that into execution through price review and approval.
