Job Description

DescriptionPrimary Objective:Grow the Institutional Sales business both locally and regionally through cross selling Bonds/Sukuk and structured products.
Key Responsibilities:

• Help generate business to help the team meet the budget given by the Head of Fixed Income Sales.
• Build relationships with existing and new institutional clients as well as business associates within the industry.
• Responsible for the quality of customer relations and support services provided to the clients.
• Work closely with the regional bond syndicate and debt capital market teams in identifying key investors for new transactions and for reverse enquiries.
• Provide up-to-date market information or feedbacks to Regional Bond Syndicate & Head, Fixed Income Sales for their pricing committee meetings.
• Work closely with other RHB Banking group staff to identify cross-selling opportunities
• Exercise and maintain a high standard of professionalism in dealing with business partners and clients and strive to preserve and enhance the good reputation and goodwill of the department and Bank as a whole.

RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor Degree - .- PPKM

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury Sales, with emphasis on Fixed Income products, in a reputable Financial Institution.

• Good understanding of other treasury products.
• Practical experience in Fixed Income Sales.
• Good communications and presentation skills.
