Position Summary: - Plan, coordinate, review and dispatch deliveries effectively to maximize productivity, while meeting our customer service objectives. Provide support to drivers as needed with questions or concerns regarding the delivery process. Effectively and efficiently handle all communication with customers and co-workers in a professional manner. Assist with daily recordkeeping and driver scheduling to ensure DOT compliance. Key Responsibilities: - \xc2\xb7To arrange orders to dispatches for delivery. \xc2\xb7Daily check delivery status. \xc2\xb7To arrange delivery routing for van driver and dispatch. \xc2\xb7To ensure all deliveries and done the same day and make preparation for the next day deliveries. Requirements: - \xc2\xb7Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/ SPM/ STPM. \xc2\xb7Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English \xc2\xb7Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. \xc2\xb7Full-Time position(s) available. \xc2\xb7Prefer able to drive van (with GDL license) \xc2\xb7Minimum 5 years\' experience in transportation, courier services \xc2\xb7Familiar with Klang Valley Routing \xc2\xb7Good interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7Ability to work as part of a team with a minimum of direct supervision \xc2\xb7Organizational awareness and ability follow process & procedures
