Our Demand Planning & Allocation Department in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia is looking for a

Demand Planning & Allocation Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

Planning

• Work closely with Merchandising team and Sales team
• Understand on current sales & market trend and distribution channels
• OTB management and future product demand
• Allocate product and stocks supporting by data and reviewed analysis

Forecast

• NOS demand forecast on Styles, #SKU & quantity.
• Demand by SKU for next 15 months rolling forecast.
• Track order forecast vs budget forecast variance and forecast order vs actual delivery variance.
• Ensure on-time & quality monthly submission of NOS basic running SKUs so that inventory is optimised with min OOS, including ensuring POs are generated for all NOS.
• Demand forecast accuracy.

Execution

• Ensure stocks allocation on time to counters before launch, keep track on sales and stocks movement (sell thru rate) by week by counter for replenishment or stocks consolidation
• Daily or weekly replenishment on continuity styles to ensure NOOS (never out of stocks) situation
• Monitor and keep track closer on Counter DOH and react towards
• Stock support discussion on Counter's activity, events, warehouse sales, ad hoc activities to meet business objective

Analysis and Review

• Monthly Sales, Stocks, Intake tracker to review on performance for immediate action
• Review by distribution by season
• Continuity styles demand, sales, and stocks trend review by week for immediate action on stocks support
• Monthly Counter DOH tracker to understand on portfolio sales and stocks mix

Your ideal profile:

• Diplomat or a Degree in Business Studies/Office Management/Marketing or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Good English and Malay communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
• Good numerical sense
• Self-motivated with positive "can do" approach and performance-oriented, and able to work independently
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced setting with the ability of prioritizing workload
• Pro-active and attentive to details
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent and high-quality documentation skills in accordance with TI standards
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet required deadlines
• Ability to identify process improvements (i.e., simplification and elimination of non-value-added work)
