Manage all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food purchasing, inventory control, and quality control.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.
Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service.
