Job Description

Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of Malay dishes, ensuring adherence to traditional recipes and techniques. Manage all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food purchasing, inventory control, and quality control. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Develop and implement new menu items and recipes. Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
