\xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure smooth running of Central Kitchen and all outlets BOH operation. \xe2\x80\xa2 To develop great knowledge and sense of hospitality and food knowledge and skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to produce quality product in a timely and efficient manner for the guests or staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all stocks are well maintained. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversees and organizes kitchen stock and ingredient inventories. (Internal & External Transfer Order) (individual outlet) \xe2\x80\xa2 Following and enforcing the company\'s procurement policies and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Group Procurement Officer and Logistic Admin complete duties as needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control. \xe2\x80\xa2 Recycle whatever possible and enforce cost-saving measures to staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with related officer and people services manager to ensure the departmental performance of staff productive. Duties include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures and maintaining a record of progress for each staff member. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guideline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring new staff attends Corporate Orientation within first month of hire. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sets an example to his/her Commis Chefs through his/her passionate and practical approach. Remains visible in the assigned section and assists team members in all aspects of the operation. 5 working days per week/ Working location Klang Valley & Kuala Lumpur
